AFC TEST LAB

The AFC headquarters in Clifton, NJ features an on-site powder transfer test laboratory spanning nearly 1,000 square feet. It features full-size, fully operating bulk material handling equipment such as our AFC Spiralfeeder screw conveyor, bulk bag unloader, bulk bag filler, and more – plus a diverse array of accessories and auxiliary equipment to replicate your process requirements.

Send us your material and we’ll show you how well our equipment meets the required performance specifications for throughput, dust control, cleanability, and more. After carrying out the tests, our engineering team will provide formal written documentation, along with recommendations specific to your application parameters. We’ll even take video and live stream your test so you can verify the performance. Or, feel free to come to New Jersey and participate in the testing.

The test lab has high ceilings and oversized, industrial doorways. We can receive and accommodate bulk bags, Gaylords, pallet loads, and bulk containers with up to 2,000 lbs. of material for large scale testing.
