Offered as an option, the integrated bulk material handling system provides both the filling machine for loading bulk bags, sacks, and flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) and the conveyor for safely transferring the powders, pellets, and other dry, bulk solids up and in to the bag filler spout. In tandem, the automated system permits smooth, seamless bulk bag filling to a precise fill weight and maximizes bag volume without spillage, clogging, or dust exposure.
Suitable for installation in food, grain, plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other facilities, the AFC bulk bag filling system safely accommodates fill weights up to 4,000 lbs. and fits bag sizes ranging from 36-inch cubes to 48-inch cubes from any bag manufacturer. The bag filler adjusts easily to fit different bag heights, widths and capacities and is available with built-in weighing systems, densifiers, and a variety of custom options to meet any material handling requirements.
