AFC Dump Clean(TM) Compatible with Pneumatic, Screw, Vibratory Conveyors

Permitting safe, ergonomic, dust-free loading of bulk materials into a wide range of processes, the Dump Clean bag break station is offered with discharges suitable for connecting pneumatic conveyors, vacuum conveyors, enclosed vibratory conveyors, and flexible screw conveyors, such as the company’s AFC SPIRALFEEDERTM conveying system. Rotary airlock valves, flexible hose, screw feeders, lump breakers, and other accessories may be specified based on the requirements of the powder handling application.
Devised for food, nutrition, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other manufacturers seeking versatility in bulk material handling equipment, the AFC bag dump station allows workers to load bagged powders, pellets, granules, and other materials into a process automatically without carrying the heavy bags long distances or up stairs, and without allowing dust to escape into the workplace. The dumping station features an integrated fan and filter system that continuously draws fine particles inside the unit and a dust collection hopper that captures fine particles for reuse.
The custom bulk material handling system is offered in carbon steel as standard, in stainless steel for sanitary processing, and/or with explosion-proof upgrades for managing combustible dusts in hazardous locations. Product testing is offered in the on-site test lab.
