Set into the access housing where the bulk bag is untied for emptying, the clear window offers instantaneous visual confirmation of the flow of material discharge and the rate. Dust-free monitoring of the material flow throughout the bag unloading process is safe and easy while any bridging, blockages, or flow rate fluctuations may be noticed immediately and quickly addressed.
Suitable for emptying bagged powders, granules, pellets, and other free-flowing and non-free-flowing bulk materials, the AFC BBU with the clear window was developed to provide a safe, efficient, hands-free way to verify the bag is properly secured inside the tie box and fully opened for emptying.
